Marabou Not Choklad (Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts)

This chocolate is available at IKEA. It is a tad too sweet for me. The texture of the chocolate is not as good as the Cadbury kind. But still acceptable.

Ingredients Sugar, hazelnuts (17%), cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, milk fat, whey powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavouring. Milk Chocolate contains milk solids 14% minimum and cocoa solids 30% minimum. May contain traces of other nuts, egg and wheat.

One look and it’ll reminds you of onion rings. I’m not a fan of onions, but I do enjoy munching on onion ring chips. This one has lesser taste of onion and its slightly spiced. However there wasn’t much of a punch when I had my first bite into it.

Just another Korea snacks.

Ingredients:
Wheat, flour, refined process fat and oil, corn starch, potato powder and onion

Orion Squid & Peanut Snack

This is one great snack to go with beer and good card game. Crunchy and quite nice. The squid taste on the outside surrounding the peanut is fragrant and if you’re a squid lover, can give this one a try.

Bought this at the Korean snack shop at Burlington Square, next to Sim Lim Square.

Ingredients:
Peanut (32%), wheat flour, starch, white sugar, edible oil and squid (3%).

Product of Republic of Korea.

Haitai Homerun - Ball Snack

Haitai Homerun - Ball Snack

Cute and bright packaging attracted me to bring one home. But after my first ball, I didn’t quite want to continue with a second one.

The outside was soft and it does not appeal to my taste. The chocolate filling inside is not sweet nor tasty. Not recommended.

However, if you would still like to try this snack, you can chill it first and let the chocolate inside harden a little before consumption. It’ll taste slightly better.

Ingredients:
Cocoa powder (3%), white sugar, egg liquid, shortening and margarine.

Public of Republic of Korea.
